Lawrence Lee Casey, age 85, of Warsaw, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2024 at his home. He was born on January 21, 1939, in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Charles Lee and Sylvia Edna Casey. He was raised in Kansas City moving to Lincoln, Missouri in his early 20's. He met the love of his life, Patsy Janette Kreisel and was married on March 15, 1959.
Не is preceded in death by his wife Patsy Casey, his parents Charles and Sylvia Casey, and two brothers; Leo Casey and Kenneth Casey.
Lawrence is survived by his son, David Casey and wife Kerri Casey of Warsaw, a daughter Diane Busick and husband David Busick of Warsaw, six grandchildren, nine great-children and a new one arriving the end of May. He is also survived by one sister Linda Casey of Warsaw, many extended family and friends.
Lawrence shared his laughter with all and didn't know a stranger. He will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, April 4, 2024 at the Reser Funeral Home in Warsaw, with Pastor Van Mellen officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow the funeral at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
