Sheriff’s Report 6/3/19-6/09/19
Carol Nicole Justus, 29, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 6/3/19 for theft/stealing any controlled substance, theft/stealing any controlled substance, theft/stealing any controlled substance.  Subject was given a court date.
Sean Austin Miles, 22, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 6/3/19 for property damage (m) 2nd deg – private.  Subject was released on own recognizance and was given a court date.

From May 27, 2019 to June 2, 2019 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Responded mutual aid for Benton County Sheriff’s Deputies to a residence on B Highway for an attempt to contact.
-Responded to the 500 block of South Spring for an attempted suicide.
-Responded to the 200 block of North Pine Street for an animal control complaint.
-Responded to the 300 block of Meyer for property damage.
-Officers were contacted in the 400 block of West Main Street for a trespass complaint.

Sheriff’s Report 5/27/19-6/02/19
Ricky Dean Roberts, 56, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 5/27/19 for burglary in the second degree.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.
Lindie Marie Gray, 32, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 5/28/19 for receiving stolen property.  Subject was given a court date.
Jerry Wayne Rains, 63, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 5/28/19 for domestic assault 4th 1st or 2nd.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

Evan Christian Bankovich, 24, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s office on 5/20/19 for failure to register motor vehicle.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.
Brandon Lee High-Frump, 30, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 5/22/19 for distribute, deliver, manufacture/produce or attempt to or possess with intent to distribute/deliver/manufacture/produce a controlled substance.  Subject was given a court date.

From May 20, 2019 to May 26, 2019 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Responded to the 500 block of South Keeney for complaint of a subject urinating in public.
-Followed up on an investigation of property damage in the 500 block of Bluebird.
-Responded to the 200 block of North Pine Street for a child playing in the creek during high water.
-Responded to the 800 block of Fowler Street regarding attempt to contact a subject with an active warrant.

From May 13, 2019 to May 19, 2019 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Officers responded to the 800 block of West Main Street for an alarm.
-Officers responded to the 200 block of S. Keeney regarding a nuisance violation.
-Responded to the 800 block of West Butterfield Trail regarding a parking complaint.
-Officers arrested a male subject in the 300 block of South Spring Street for an active warrant for their arrest out of Pettis County.

Jerimiah Michael Reinke, 25, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 5/15/19 for possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia - prior drug offense.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

George Michael Cecil, 43, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 5/6/19 for possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid and possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.
Paul Victor Shields ,58, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 5/6/19 for DWI/liquor chronic.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

From May 6, 2019 to May 12, 2019 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Responded to the 200 block of North Olive Street for a dog at large complaint.
-Responded to the 500 block of South Keeney for a reported assault.
-Responded to the 300 block of East Main Street for a stolen vehicle.  The vehicle was later recovered in Sedalia, MO.  This investigation is ongoing.
-Officers were contacted by a subject in the 400 block of West Main Street for a harassment complaint.

Eli Sky Mark, 25, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 4/29/19 for failure to appear-possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less, failure to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear-possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid x 2, failure to appear-distribution of a controlled substance in a controlled area, and failure to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-prior drug offense.  Subject was given a court date.
