Dinita Nancy Schuh, 18, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 10/28/19 for possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  Subject was given a court date.

Lawrence Allen Cole II, 41, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 10/28/19 for domestic assault 3rd.   Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

John Lester Ritter Jr ,72, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 10/28/19 for violation of sec 301.400 Re removal of manufacture’s number/motor number/other distinguishing number from motor vehicle,etc, and stealing-$750.00 or more.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

Matthew C Wilson, 33, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 10/30/19 for burglary-2nd degree and stealing-$750.00 Or more.  Subject was given a court date.

Robert Michael Kirk, 32, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 10/31/19 for domestic assault- 2nd degree.  Subject was given a court date.

Brandon James Campbell, 33 ,was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 11/1/19 for delivery of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid.  Subject was given a court date.

Mathew Harness, 34, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 11/1/19 for possession of control substance except 25 grams or less, operate vehicle on a highway without a valid license, and driver/front seat passenger fail to wear properly adjusted/fastened safety belt.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.
