Sheriff’s Report 11/18/19-11/24/19

Joshua Michael Keith, 39, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 11/18/19 for non-support, total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support.  Subject was given a court date.

Bryan Ray Paynter, 50, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 11/20/19 for stealing and possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid.  Subject was given a court date.

Lillyane Rose Neal, 26, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 11/20/19 for receiving stolen property.  Subject was given a court date.

Braden Avery Williams, 19, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 11/21/19 for exceeded posted speed limit by 6-10mph.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

Jon F Bibb, 74, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 11/22/19 for speeding.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

Stacie Ann Garr, 34, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 11/22/19 for harassment 1st degree.  Subject was given a court date.
