Some quotes from Doris:
“Experience is the best teacher. If you have failed at something, you no doubt learned something from it. So defeat and failure can be your teacher.”
“A mother’s greatest treasure is children and her grandchildren. So being a mother is probably the best reward a woman could have. The love that is returned is awesome and I thank God for my family every day.”
“My family: Sons and wives, and all my grandkids; each and everyone of you are my whole world. I enjoy my friends that I go out to eat with and have coffee with. I love living in my home and visiting with my neighbors. I like my volunteer work and seeing my friends there. God has been very good to me and has blessed me greatly.”
