Henry Charles Starcher, age 72, of Warsaw, Missouri, passed away Thursday morning, January 6, 2022 at his home.  He was born on August 25, 1949 in Kansas City, Missouri to Victor and Gola Minnie Starcher.

Henry entered into the United States Air Force in 1969.  It was due to his time in the Air Force that he was able to get his Master’s degree in Psychology and complete his education.

Shortly after his military service, he went onto utilize his passion of cooking. He became a chef where he spent many years working on the Plaza in Kansas City, teaching others, and earning awards for his talents.

Henry would later move to Warsaw where he continued to focus on his passion for cooking by running a bed and breakfast. It was also when he made the decision to open his computer business and do what he loved doing, solving problems, and helping people.

His greatest love though was his dogs. He lived for the ones that no one else wanted, the harder the case, the better. If someone could be reincarnated as one of Henry’s dogs, they would know it would have been a life of love, protection, happiness, and wagging tails.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, two sisters, Elsie Darrah and Shirley White, and many close friends.

He is survived by his sister Edith and her husband Louis Fajdetich of Overland Park KS, nieces, Theresa Fajdetich, Ann Borders, Polly White and Janet Kirkham, a nephew, John White and his close friends Rachel Wolf of Cross Timbers, Missouri, Larry and Holly Conn of Warsaw, Missouri, and many others.
