SNOW WAS CONTINUING to fall on Friday when Steve Garrison, 15, and Michael Davenport, 13, posed with their creation on a courthouse yard bench. The first heavy snow of the winter forced the closing of schools and gave the boys a vacation of sorts. Classes resumed on Monday.
