Ted Weddle, 83, of Clinton, Missouri, formerly of Kansas City, Mo., and Warsaw, Mo., passed away Monday, September 21, 2020 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City.
Funeral services were at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 26, 2020 at the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton.

Donald George Scism of Columbia, Missouri (formerly of Warsaw, Missouri passed away September 17th after a lengthy illness at the age of 88. He was born April 28, 1932 in Bend, Oregon to Blanche and George Scism. He was the eldest of four children and was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Barbara, and two siblings, Daphna Mae and Richard.

Verma Dean Nevius, age 89, of rural Warsaw, Missouri, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2020 at her home.  She was born on January 4, 1931 in Oklahoma to Lloyd and Thelma (Moore) Page.  She grew up in Smithville, Oklahoma and on December 22, 1949, she was united in marriage to Fay F. Nevius at the courthouse in Kansas City, Missouri.

Martha Joyce Swanson Warstadt, formerly of Marshfield and Warsaw, MO, departed this life on 27 August 2020 at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, MO, from the effects of the coronavirus. She had been a resident of Century Pines Assisted Living, Ozark, MO, for the past 3 years.
She was born 25 January 1947 near Edwards, MO, to Hilmer J. and Annis Kincaid Swanson.

Clara Aleyne (Macari) Shaw, a.k.a. “Mac,” age 90, of Edwards, MO, passed away on September 5, 2020, at the Wilshire at Lakewood in Lee’s Summit, MO.
Aleyne was born on March 7, 1929, in Hume, MO, to Bert Mayo Macari and Clara Elizabeth (Lee) Macari. She married Jacob Carl Shaw on January 17, 1948. They were married for sixty-seven years. To their union two children were born.

Ruth Anne Kauffman, 77, of Warsaw, Missouri, peacefully departed this life on September 4, 2020, at Sharon Lane Health and Rehabilitation in Shawnee, Kansas, after a very long battle with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Ruth Anne (Pickard) entered this world on September 19, 1942 in Seattle, Washington, daughter of George Pickard and Ursula Ruth (Kleinwachter) Pickard.

Wilma N. Overstreet, 89, of Warsaw, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2020, after a short illness at Bothwell Regional Health Center, Sedalia.  She was born on September 26, 1930, near Center, Colorado, a daughter of Vern and Essner (Griffin) Conley.
She lived the first eight years of her life in Colorado, her parents then moving back to Missouri with her.  In 1951, she graduated high school from Macon. After which she worked for Ben Franklin and as a waitress at a small coffee shop.
