Driver Examination Stations To Close Statewide For Upcoming Holidays

The Missouri State Highway Patrol would like to remind the public that driver examination stations throughout the state will be closed on the following dates:
 
Monday, December 26, 2022, in observance of Christmas. Normal operations will resume on Tuesday, December 27, 2022.
 
Monday, January 2, 2023, in observance of New Year’s Day. Normal operations will resume on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

Charlette Kaye Burns of Edwards, MO was arrested on 12/05/22 for violation of a protection order. Subject was released for time served.
 
Kimberly Rene Flippin of Warsaw, MO was sentenced to an Order of Commit on 12/06/22 for trafficking drugs – 2nd degree. Subject was released for time served.

David U. Damm of Sunrise Beach, MO was arrested on 11/28/22 for drug trafficking. Bond was set at $50,000 cash or surety. Subject is being held in the Benton County Detention Center.
 
Patricia Falon Berry of Roch, MO was arrested on 11/29/22 on Platte County warrants for failure to appear – traffic offense and failure to appear – moving traffic violation. Bond was set at a total of $1,634.00. Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will pause in their Christmas Eve preparations to visit the Missouri Department of Conservation’s (MDC) Lost Valley Fish Hatchery for a free Fishing with Santa event from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Dec. 17. The Clauses will be available for photos and chats about holiday wishes, and visitors can also fish for rainbow trout in the education pond.

Ryan Scott Jackson of Peculiar, MO was arrested on 11/23/22 on an Arkansas warrant for fleeing from law enforcement, interfering with law enforcement and theft by receiving over $5000 less than $25,000. Subject is being held in the Benton County Detention Center awaiting extradition.
 
James Brian Reimund of Warsaw, MO was sentenced on 11/23/22 to an order of commit for furnishing pornographic material to a minor. Subject was released for time served.
