Sheriff’s Report 12/25/17 to 12/31/17
James Woodrow Hix, 59, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 12/26/17 for possession of controlled substance except 35 grams, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.
Kevin Allan Noland, 49, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 12/27/17 for domestic assault 4th.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

From January 1, 2018 to January 7, 2018 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Citations issued for exceeding posted speed limit, failure to register motor vehicle, failure to maintain financial responsibility, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana.

From December 17, 2017 to December 23, 2017 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Provided an escort for Fox Funeral Home.
-Assisted Cole Camp Ambulance with a medical call in the 800 block of East Main Street.
-Followed up on a theft call in the 500 block of West Main Street.
-Responded to the 800 block of East Main Street for a civil disagreement.

Sheriff’s Report 12/18/17 to 12/25/17
Michael Ray Wormsley, 45, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 12/18/17 for DWR/S 2nd or subsequent, delivery of controlled substance except 35 grams or less marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, and  tamper or attempt to tamper with a victim in a felony prosecution.  Subject was released on original bond and was given a court date.

Warsaw Police Report

On 12-12, a Warsaw Officer was dispatched to the Warsaw RIX North School on a trespassing complaint. Anthony Herdliska was arrested in connection with the violation.
On 12-17, officers were dispatched to Rusty Skillet restaurant on a reported disturbance. Craig Lubke Sr. was issued a summons with a charge of third degree assault.
On 12-17, Lester Ode was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, operating a motor vehicle with no insurance, and failure to register a motor vehicle..

From December 10, 2017 to December 16, 2017 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
Officers received information of a subject in the 100 block of North Maple with an active warrant for their arrest.  When officers arrived, the subject was able to elude officers.  Upon further investigation, a second subject present was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.  The second subject was issued a citation and given a court date.
Officers issued citations for exceeding the posted speed limit.

Nathan David Thompson, 38, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 12/14/17 for felony DWR/DWS, failure to appear assault 3rd, failure to appear DWR/DWS 2nd or subsequent, failure to appear fail to register as sex offender, failure to appear burglary 2nd, failure to appear non support/child neglect, and shoplifting.  Subject was given a court date.
Jeffrey Wayne Morriso, 54, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 12/11/17 for probation violation statutory sodomy.  Subject was transported to another county.

Jesse Byron Sharp, 31, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 12/5/17 for failure to appear assault 4th and failure to appear trespass.  Subject was given a court date.
Kathy Sue Gross, 36, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 12/6/17 for violation of education requirement for a child.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

On 12-6, Larry Garrison was issued a summons for violation of city’s nuisance ordinance.
On 12-10, William Callister was issued a summons for failing to restrain a dog.
