Cole Camp Police Report

From March 19, 2018 to March 25, 2018 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Assisted Cole Camp Ambulance with a medical call in the 400 block of West Osage Street.
-Assisted Cole Camp Ambulance with a medical call in the 100 block of North Maple Street.
-Received a call of an alarm in the 100 block of West Main Street.  Employee had set off alarm when entering business.
-Met with a school student and their parent as a result of statement written on paper.

Sheriff’s Report 3/19/18 - 3/25/18
Tommy Lee Proctor, 48, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 3/20/18 for resisting/interfering with arrest for a felony.  The subject posted bond and was given a court date.
Billy Joe Coleman, 31, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 3/21/18 for possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, burglary-2nd degree, possession of burglary tools, stealing, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

Sheriff’s Report 3/12/18 -- 3/18/18
Nick Ryan Noble, 31, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 3/12/18 for failure to appear-neglect child.  Subject was transferred to another county.
Brian Keith Atkinson, 32, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 3/12/18 for driving while revoked/suspended-felony, fail to signal, and fail to wear seatbelt.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

From March 12, 2018 to March 18, 2018 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Officers received a report of an assault in the area of Bluebird and Spring Street.
-Assisted the Benton County Sheriff’s Office with locating a missing person.  The person was missing from their residence near the West City Limits of Cole Camp.  The subject was located on B Highway.
-Received a dog at large complaint in the 400 block of North Pine Street. 

LINCOLN Police Report

3-13-2018: At 8:39 A.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer responded to 102 N. Hwy 65 for theft of fuel. The incident is under investigation.
3-14-2018: At 7:55 P.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer responded to 411 E. Osage Street for 911 misdial. Incident was handled by the officer with no further incident. 
3-16-2018: At 8:28 P.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer responded to 118 E. Locust Street for trespassing. This incident was handled by the Officer with no further action taken.

Sheriff’s Report 3/05/18 -- 3/11/18
Seth Douglas Craig, 19, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 3/5/18 for possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/sythetic cannabiniod.  Subject was given a court date.
Brandyn Garrette Rhul, 26, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 3/5/18 for exceed posted speed limit by 26 mph or more.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

Warsaw Police Report

On 03-04-2018 Tammy and Keith Jennings were arrested for shoplifting and arrested for active warrants. 
On 03-04-2018 Joe Doss was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and 2 active felony warrants.
On 03-07-2018 Jillian Wagoner was arrested for two active warrants out of Henry County.
On 03-07-2018 Randolph Maddra was arrested for Active Warrant out of Cooper County. 
 

LINCOLN Police Report

3-5-2018: At 10:54 A.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer issued Conner J. Robb, 18, a citation for failure to register a motor vehicle with the Department of Revenue.
3-6-2018: At 3:14 A.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer was dispatched to an alarm at 101 W. Lamine Street. This incident was handled by officer. No further action needed.
3-6-2018: At 8:52 A.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer responded to a residential structure fire on Hwy C and Oakland Dr. This incident was handled by Lincoln and Cole Camp Fire Department.

From March 5, 2018 to March 11, 2018 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Officers responded to a call of children standing up in a vehicle.  The vehicle was located, and officer advised driver and children of the risks of their actions.
-Officers assisted the Benton County Sheriff’s Deputies with a warrant arrest in the 500 block of West Main Street.
-Assisted a motorist who ran out of fuel in the 500 block of West Main Street.
