Lincoln Police Report

02-26-2018: At 7:47 P.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer arrested Bennie E. Montgomery, 50, on two warrants for Larceny, one warrant for Burglary, and then issued a citation for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver license.
02-27-2018: At 8:10 A.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer responded to 109 W. Main St. for a medical call. The call was handled by Warsaw/Lincoln EMS.
02-28-2018: At 2:53 P.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer responded to 255 Crescent Dr. for a report of a burglary. This incident is under investigation.

Cole Camp Police Report

From February 12, 2018 to March 4, 2018 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Responded mutual aid to Benton County Sheriff’s Office to a motor vehicle crash on Highway 52 east of Brockman Road.
-Issued citations for exceeding the posted speed limit, trespassing, operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license.
-Mailed letters to property owners giving notice of violation of property related nuisances.
-Responded to a disturbance in the 600 block of West Main Street.

BENTON COUNTY Sheriff’s Report

Sheriff’s Report 2/26/18 -- 3/04/18
Lindie Marie Gray ,31 ,was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/28/18 for probation violation.  Subject has been given a court date.
Stephanie Nicole Cameron, 26,was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/28/18 for probation violation for possession of controlled substance, probation violation for burglary 2nd degree, and probation violation of possession of controlled substance.  Subject was given a court date.

2/19/18- 2/25/18
Lucas Quade Bock, 20, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/19/18 for unlawful possession of a weapon.  Subject was given a court date.
Kathy Sue Gross, 36, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/19/18 for failure to appear- violation of education requirement for a child.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

Warsaw Police Report

On 02-08-2018 Eric Williams was arrested  for an active warrant after officers responded to a disturbance call.
On 02-15-2018 James Smith was arrested for an active warrant with no bond.
On 02-15-2018 Larry Knowles was issued a summon for possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 02-15-2018 Tammy Witaker was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.
On 02-15-2018 Tanya McCracken was issued a summons for trespassing on private property.

Sheriff’s Report 2/12/18 -- 2/18/18
Sandra Lynn Simons, 58, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/14/18 for possession of controlled substance.  Subject was given a court date.
Christopher Daniel Knuckles, 23, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/15/18 for failure to appear burglary 2nd, endangering welfare of child.  Subject was given a court date.

Cole Camp Police Report

Responded mutual aid for the Benton County Sheriff’s Office to a residence on Five Bridges Avenue to assist Cole Camp Ambulance.
-Issued warnings to motorists for various traffic violations.
-Responded to the 400 block of West Main Street regarding a subject needing information on getting an Ex Parte`
-Responded to a motor vehicle crash on Highway 52 at Tower Avenue.  No injuries were reported.
 

Benton County Sheriff's Report

Jessica Ann Huckaby, 42, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/5/18 for failure to appear bad check over $500.  Subject was transported to department of corrections.
Adam Michael Moore, 34, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/7/18 for receiving stolen property.  Subject was given a court date.
Mark Allen Voyles, 57 was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/7/18 for stealing $750 or more and tampering with utility meter 2nd degree.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

John Patrik Denney, 63 was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 1/29/18 for drugs 2nd degree.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.
Sonny Lee Bradford 3rd, 28, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 1/30/18 for violation of order of protection for adult, violation of order of protection for adult, and possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.
