Sheriff’s Report 8/27/18-9/02/18
Jye Delane Barckley, 47, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 8/27/18 for operating a vehicle on highway without valid license 2nd offense, failure to register motor vehicle, and no insurance.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.
Christopher Lee Herron, 34, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 8/27/18 for property damage 1st degree.  Subject was given a court date.

Cole Camp Police Report

From August 28, 2018 to September 2, 2018 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Provided escorts for Fox Funeral Home.
-Issued citations for failure to register motor vehicle,
-Received complaint of horse running at large on North Olive Street.
-Responded to the 800 block of West Main Street for a suspected shoplifting.
-Responded to the 100 block of North Hickory for found drug paraphernalia along street.

August 20- September 1
08/21/2018: At 11:29 P.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer responded to 100 block N. Hwy 65 for theft        fuel. This incident is under investigation.
08/23/2018: At 8:18 A.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer arrested Justin Oliver, 29, for a felony warrant out of Benton County, Mo for Possession of a controlled substance.  
08/24/2018: At 7:52 P.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer issued a citation to Mathew Kaur, 27, for failure to register motor vehicle.

Cole Camp Police Report

From August 20, 2018 to August 27, 2018 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Assisted with traffic control while fair lights were put up.
-Officers were dispatched to the area of South Spring and Grove Street for a careless driver possibly driving into to town.  No contact was ever made as the vehicle was never located.
-Responded to the 800 block of East Main Street for a private property vehicle accident.

Sheriff’s Report 8/20/18-8/26/18
Elizabeth Sue Hudson, 55, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 8/20/18 for possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.
Curtis Wayne Edwards, 48, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 8/21/18 for tampering with utilities.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

08/06/2018: At 5:55 P.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer arrested Lester L. Ode, 50, for a misdemeanor warrant out of Laclede, Mo. 
08/08/2018: At 8:59 A.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer responded to the 100 block of W. Main Street for a physical domestic disturbance. This incident was handled by the officer with no further action needed. 
08/08/2018: At 2:34 P.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer responded to the 100 block of W. Lamine Street for a non-injury motor vehicle crash. This incident was handled by the officer with no further action needed. 

Cole Camp Police Report

From August 13, 2018 to August 19, 2018 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Officers responded to the 300 block of West Junge for an open door.  
-Responded to the 600 block of South Blakey Street for a feline bite.
-Responded Mutual Aid to the Missouri State Highway Patrol to a report of a vehicle in a ditch south of Cole Camp on Highway B.
-Assisted the Cole Camp Ambulance with a medical call in the 400 block of East Main Street.

John William McMillen, 44, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 8/13/18 for domestic assault 4th deg.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.
Garry Gene Curtis Brunner, 32, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 8/13/18 for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams prior offender.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

Christopher A. Harshner ,59, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 8/7/18 for unlawful use of weapon/exhibiting and unlawful use of weapon/while intoxicated-loaded weapon.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.
Andrea Nicole Johnson, 27, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 8/7/18 for probation violation fraud- illegal use of credit cards.  Subject was transported to another county.

From August 6, 2018 to August 12, 2018 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Returned a phone call regarding a landlord/tenant issue.
-Followed up on a domestic assault investigation.
-Followed up on a theft complaint in the 200 block of East Butterfield Trail.
-Followed up on a theft investigation in the 500 block of West Main Street.
-Mailed multiple letters notifying property owners of nuisance violations on their property.
