Lincoln Police Report

July 30- August 5
07/30/2018: At 6:42 P.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer responded to the 100 Block of N. Hwy. 65 for suspicious activity. Cody J. Jennings, 25, was arrested for a misdemeanor Larceny charge out of Henry County, MO. Jennings was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. 
07/31/2018: At 8:17 P.M. Lincoln P.D.  Officer issued a citation to Tanya R. Entrikin, 28, for failure to register motor vehicle.

From July 30, 2018 to August 5, 2018 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Responded to the 200 block of East Butterfield Trail for a report of a theft.
-Responded to the area of Bluebird and Spring Street for a suspicious vehicle.
-Issued citations for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver’s license, exceeding the posted speed limit, possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia,

Benton County Sheriff's Report

Sheriff’s Report 7/30/18-8/05/18
Shyenne Marie Long ,19, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 8/3/18/ for possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/cannabinoid operate a vehicle on highway without a valid license-1st offense.  Subject was given a court date.
Devin Jerel Noland, 22, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 7/30/18 for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.  Subject was released on own recognizance and was given a court date.

Sheriff’s Report 7/23/18-7/29/18
Larry Carl Roberts, 40, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 7/23/18 for failure to appear stealing.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.
Nick Ryan Noble, 31, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 7/25/18 for DWR/DWS, no seatbelt, and failure to appear non support.  Subject was transported to another county.

From July 23, 2018 to July 29, 2018 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Responded to a domestic assault in the 100 block of West Butterfield Trail.
-Assisted with a medical in the 600 block of West Butterfield Trail.
-Assisted Warsaw/Lincoln Ambulance and Cole Camp Ambulance with multiple medical calls in the 400 block of West Osage Street.
-Responded to a landlord/tenant disturbance in the 200 block of East Butterfield Trail.

July 16 - July 29
07/18/2018: At 10:19 A.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer took a report on a non-injury motor vehicle crash that occurred earlier that morning at Hwy 65 and Hwy C. This incident was handled by the officer with no further action needed.
07/20/2018: At 7:30 A.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer responded to the 800 block of E. Main Street for a disturbance. Bradley D. Martin, 49, left the scene prior to officer arriving and was later issued 3 municipal citations for assault, trespassing 1st degree, and peace disturbance.

From July 16, 2018 to July 22, 2018 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Responded to a reported burglary in the 200 block of East Butterfield Trail.
-Responded to a landlord-tenant disturbance in the 200 block of East Butterfield Trail.
-Assisted Cole Camp Ambulance with a medical call in the 400 block of West Osage Street.
-Issued a citation for failure to maintain financial responsibility.
-Issued warnings for various traffic violations.

Benton County Sheriff's Report

Sheriff’s Report 7/9/18-7/15/18
Kelsey Layne Jennings, 26 ,was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 7/9/18 for delivery of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid.  Subject was given a court date.
Brian Keith Atkinsn, 33 ,was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 7/10/18 for domestic assault 2nd.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

07/10/2018: At 5:28 P.M.  Lincoln P.D. Officer issued a citation to Kathryn A. Anderson, 56, for failure to register motor vehicle. 
7/10/2018: At 6:43 P.M. Lincoln P.D. Officer arrested Jesse R. Cook, 38, for failure to register motor vehicle, and a municipal warrant out of Sedalia Police Department for failure to appear on a traffic offense.

From July 9, 2018 to July 15, 2018 Cole Camp Police Officers have done the following activities:
-Respond to the 300 block of South Spring Street for a loud noise complaint.
-Provide traffic control on Spring Street at Grove Street while the Street Department works on a water line.
-Assist Cole Camp Ambulance with a medical call in the 100 block of South Spring Street.
-Respond to a dog at large complaint near the intersection of Drennon and Peach Street.
