The American Legion invites all members and their guests to come out and enjoy the activities of the post. The post hours are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday thru Saturday. Sunday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Hours can be extended depending on activities and patronage.
We have several activities throughout the week and encourage our members, guests and community to come out and enjoy!
Winners for the Hog Raffle are Colton Kelly, Aiden, Kansas and Nick Day, Kansas City, Missouri.
Taco Tuesday is March 21 & 28. Food will be served beginning 11 AM while supplies last. Live music starting at noon with The Treble Makers, consisting of Jim Lybarger and Bob Cook. They play country, blues, old rock and 50's music.
Wednesday and Friday are Pitch days starting at 1:00 PM. Wednesday is also Cornhole starting at 6:00 PM.
Shooting Sports is available on Thursdays at 1:00 PM. Shuffleboard is also Thursday night at 6:30 PM.
Friday Night is Hillbilly Bingo at 6:00 PM. The cost to play is $10 per person.
Saturday is Open Pool.

Meetings:
American Legion Post 217 Members and Ladies Auxiliary meet the second Monday of the month at 7:00 PM. The Sons of the American Legion meet the 4th Monday of the month at 6:00 PM. The Riders meet the 3rd Wednesday at 6:00 PM.
If any Veterans need help with benefits, they can contact our Service Officer, Jim Burris at (660) 723-9297.
As a reminder, we have a smoke-free hall that can be rented out for all your special events. Smoking is allowed in the lounge and outside.
We would like to thank everyone that comes out to enjoy our post and our activities/dinners. Without our members, guests and volunteers, we would not be able to help our Veterans and our community.
