Sheriff’s Report 8/27/18-9/02/18

Jye Delane Barckley, 47, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 8/27/18 for operating a vehicle on highway without valid license 2nd offense, failure to register motor vehicle, and no insurance.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

Christopher Lee Herron, 34, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 8/27/18 for property damage 1st degree.  Subject was given a court date.

Joseph Martin was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office for possession of controlled substance except 25 grams or less of marij/synthetic cannabinoid.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

Michael Ray Fritchey, 36 ,was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 8/27/18 for possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.  Subject was given a court date.

Atosha  Ann Kattich, 28, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 8/28/18 for possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, operating vehicle on highway without a valid license 1st offense, possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less, and fail to drive on right half of roadway when roadway was of sufficient width.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

Johnny Deon Floyd, 51, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 8/28/18 for possession of controlled substance.  Subject was given a court date.

Alan Grant Hall, 30, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 8/29/18 for domestic in the 3rd.  Subject was given a court date.

Richard Ethan Cody, 52, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office 9/1/18 for parole violation.  Subject was given a court date.

Brian Keith Atkinson, 33, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 9/2/18 for driving while revoked/suspended, fail to signal/gave improper signal when stopping/turning left or right, driver/front seat passenger, and fail to wear properly adjusted/fastened safety belt.  Subject was given a court date.
