Benton County Sheriff's Report

Jessica Ann Huckaby, 42, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/5/18 for failure to appear bad check over $500.  Subject was transported to department of corrections.

Adam Michael Moore, 34, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/7/18 for receiving stolen property.  Subject was given a court date.

Mark Allen Voyles, 57 was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/7/18 for stealing $750 or more and tampering with utility meter 2nd degree.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

Tommy Lee Proctor, 48, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/7/18 for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

John David Wilson, 35, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/8/18 for possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/cannabinoid, Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and owner operator motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

Keith Allen Jennings, 47, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/8/18 for failure to appear stealing-controlled substance/ meth manufacturing material x2.  Subject was given a court date.

Tammy Lynn Jennings, 42, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/8/18 for failure to appear- burglary.  Subject was given a court date.

Daniel Cole Shute, 25, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/9/18 for assault 2nd degree- operate vehicle while intoxicated resulting in injury.  Subject was given a court date.

Sherry Juanita Sheets, 25, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office on 2/9/18 for failure to appear for passing bad checks.  Subject was given a court date.
