Larry L. 
Larry L. Hudson was born on September 7, 1939 at his home in Windsor, MO,  the son of Ceola (Oswald) and William “Bill” C. Hudson and passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021 in Clinton, MO.
During WWII years, he moved with his parents to California so they could work in the shipyards in Napa.  They came back to Kansas City where Larry graduated from Central High School and also Kansas City Junior College.  During his young years, he enjoyed hunting and fishing with his dad as well as building several boats and water skis.  Larry was a first class water skier.  During his lifetime, he had many hobbies which included building and racing many remote control airplanes and boats.
Larry worked as a tool design engineer for 44 years.  Over the years, he was employed by McDouglas in St. Louis, MO, Relex, Rival Manufacturing, Dazey Products and Robo Car Wash.
In 1957 he met Judy Rains and they were married in 1960.  They spent most of their married life in Raytown and Lee’s Summit along with spending time at their cabin at the Lake of the Ozarks.  When they retired, they bought acreage in Benton County and built their dream home to live out the rest of their lives.
Larry was preceded in death by both of his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Judy, of the home, a son, Bill Hudson and wife, Karen, of Lee’s Summit, MO, a daughter, Deborah Hudson Chick and husband, Dennis, of California, MO., three grandsons, Cory Adams, Mitchell Hudson and Anthony Hudson, all of Lee’s Summit, MO., other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. at the Davis-Miller Funeral Home in Lincoln, MO., with visitation beginning at 1:00 P.M.  Graveside services followed at Laurel Oaks Cemetery in Windsor MO.  Family suggest memorial contributions be made to the Benton County Cancer Fund or the Missouri Department of Conservation in care of the Davis-Miller Funeral Home, P.O.
