A Dinner Celebrating Success

The 32nd Annual Warsaw High School Academic Excellence Award Banquet sponsored by the Warsaw Area Chamber of Commerce and the Warsaw R-IX School District and Board of Education was held May 16 in the WHS gymnasium.
Warsaw Area Chamber of Commerce President Carrie Rieman and WHS Principal Danny Morrison welcomed the Chamber members, sponsors, Warsaw faculty and staff, parents and students to the annual event.
“This is the Chamber’s opportunity to recognize the achievement of our young people and our future leaders,” said Chamber President Carrie Rieman.  “We at the Chamber are proud to be a part of this unique recognition program and encourage other businesses to join us.  I was proud to be able to present each student with an award.”
Boy Scout Troop #34 led the Pledge of Allegiance and the invocation was given by Jason McCray.
The speaker for the evening was Tracey Martin Spry, a 1989 WHS graduate and the owner/president of Tracey Spry & Associates, CPA PC.
