Amy Carolyn Jewell-Wills born March 21, 1935 peacefully passed on June 23, 2024.
Amy enjoyed the beauty of nature and a love of animals throughout decades of farming in Kansas and Missouri. As an avid gardener, she took great joy in her blossoming flowers and plants. She delighted in baking and cooking for family and friends.
Amy was a devoted member of The First United Methodist Church of Warsaw, an active volunteer within the community, including The W.A.R.M. House, a contributing member of The Rotary Club and traveled nationally and abroad throughout her Missionary works.
Amy is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, William Leo Jewell and granddaughter, Amy Dawn.
She is survived by James Wills, husband of 18 years, her children Alan (Karen) Jewell, Myra (Robert) Benefield, Alana (Robert) Hendrickson and Bret (Ellen) Jewell, step-daughter Jackie Carnes and many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren.
The First United Methodist Church of Warsaw will hold Amy Carolyn Jewell-Wills’ visitation on June 27, 2024 at 10AM followed by the memorial service at 11AM.
