Destination Real World: Graduations Get Underway At Area High Schools

As the final days wind down for the 2023-24 school year, all three Benton County High Schools have set dates for their 2024 graduation ceremonies.

The Class of '24 at Lincoln High School will receive their diplomas on May 10 at 7:30 PM on the high school football field. Thirty-nine seniors are eligible to graduate. The speakers will be the valedictorian and salutatorian of the Class of 2024.

Baccalaureate services for LHS will be May 5 in the high school gym.

The last day of school for Lincoln students will be May 16 with dismissal at 11:00 AM. The awards assembly will be held the last day of school for all students.
Credit recovery classes will begin on May 20 from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

Eighty-three seniors are scheduled to receive their diplomas from Warsaw High School on May 16 at 7:00 PM on the Randy Morrow football field. Speakers will be Class of ’24 valedictorian and salutatorian. Baccalaureate services will be held May 15 in the high school gym.

The last day of school for Warsaw students will be May 16 with classes being dismissed at 12:34 PM. An awards assembly for underclassmen will be held on the last day of school.

Summer school will be held at the North Elementary School this year for students that will be in kindergarten through fifth grade NEXT year (current PK-4 students). The dates will be May 29 through June 21, and start/stop times will be the same as regular school days: Tuesdays through Fridays from 7:59 AM to 3:36 PM.

Credit recovery class for high school and middle school students will be held at WHS from May 28 through June 21 with regular school hours.

Graduation for Cole Camp High School will be held on May 10 in the CCHS gym. Baccalaureate service will be held after the senior awards on May 8 starting at 6:00 PM in the high school gym.

The last day of school for the Cole Camp district is May 16 which will be a half day.
