On October 26 the GSCC of Cole Camp provided a celebration luncheon for their staff. It was to honor the perfect score GSCC received during the State Survey. The employees made that happen so there was a Spirit Week of celebration. The employees are heroes so they all received a lunch of hero sandwiches and a day to recognize all the things they do for the residents, plus being a great team.
On Halloween afternoon there was a Residents and Staff Party with everyone donning costumes, enjoying treats and some even decorated their wheel chairs and walkers. That evening the residents greeted the Trick or Treaters from 5-7 pm and enjoyed all the costumes and handing out candy to the little goblins.
Prior to Halloween the residents had been busy completing their Christmas boxes and getting that done so they could put that task behind them.
