Ladycats Drop Two More On The Road

In the last two conference matches of their regular season last week, Warsaw fell 3-0 to both Sherwood at home on Tuesday night and at Eldorado Springs on Thursday night.  
 
The losses dropped the Ladycats to 4-13 overall and 0-5 in the Ozark Highlands Conference.
 
Tuesday night's loss came by scores of 15-25, 11-25 and 24-26.  
 
Stats for that contest were as follows: Angela Konopasek: 6 kills, 1 block, 7 digs; Hailey Ferguson: 2 aces, 1 kill, 3 blocks, 3 digs; Adison Sherrill: 3 kills, 2 blocks; Jaylen McCullick: 2 aces, 19 digs; Tanna Howe: 1 kill, 13 digs; Haylee Cobb: 5 kills, 4 digs; Laney Arnett: 7 assists, 6 digs; Kaleby Stevenson: 13 assists, 5 digs; Maylee Slavens: 1 block; Elizabeth Winters: 1 kill, 2 assists; Mady Reimund: 5 kills, 2 blocks, 2 digs; Sara Miller: 3 digs.
 
Between contests, WHS seniors Angela Konopasek, Jaylen McCullick and Laney Arnett were all recognized for their achievements on the floor for the Ladycats.

On Thursday night in Eldorado Springs, the Lady Bulldogs were less than merciful by handing disposing of Warsaw in three straight sets; 11-25, 17-25 and 5-25. 
 
In that match: Angela Konopasek: 4 kills, 9 digs; Hailey Ferguson: 1 kill, 4 digs; Adison Sherrill: 2 kills, 2 blocks, 1 assist; Jaylen McCullick: 9 digs; Tanna Howe: 9 digs; Haylee Cobb: 2 blocks; Laney Arnett: 1 assist, 1 dig; Kaleby Stevenson: 4 assists, 9 digs; Maylee Slavens: 2 blocks, 1 assist; Elizabeth Winters: 1 kills, 1 assist, 3 digs; Mady Reimund: 1 dig.
 
In the loss, Ladycats senior Jaylen McCullick was recognized as she reached the accomplishment of 500 digs in her high school career.
