Accident Report

An Edwards man was injured in an accident on Highway M and McKenna Villa Road on April 22 at 11:27 AM.

The crash occurred when Kevin E. Bradford, 65, of Edwards drove off the right side of the roadway, struck an embankment and then struck a tree.

Bradford refused treatment of his injuries at the scene.

Tpr. D.A. Paulsen of the Missouri Highway Patrol investigated the accident. He was assisted by Benton County Sheriff’s deputies.

Three juveniles and an adult male were injured in an accident on Sims Road in rural Benton County on April 21 at 5:55 PM.

The crash occurred when a Honda Pioneer 4 driven by a 13-year-old male from Windsor was westbound on Sims Road, ran off the left side of the road, struck a tree and overturned.

An 11-year-old male, a 14-year-old female, both from Clinton, and Brandon Feagan, 22, of Windsor, all passengers, were transported to Western Medical Center with moderate injuries.

The accident was investigated by CPL. R. J. Chapman of the Missouri Highway Patrol.

A Camdenton man was injured in an accident on April 19 on Missouri 7 at Route DD in Benton County.

The crash occurred as a 2002 Toyota Tundra driven by C. M. Hall, 68, of Camdenton traveled off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle returned to the roadway, ran off the left side of the road then struck a ditch and overturned.

Hall was transported from the scene by Warsaw EMS to Bothwell Regional Medical Center in Sedalia with minor injuries.

The accident was investigated by CPL. R. J. Chapman of the Missouri Highway Patrol. Chapman was assisted by Benton County Sheriff’s deputies.
