Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care will host a Grief Recovery Method Outreach Program from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Mondays starting Sept. 11 and ending Oct. 30 in the Bothwell Education Center at 600 E. 14th St. in Sedalia.
The Grief Recovery Method Outreach Program, based on the Grief Recovery Handbook, will guide those who wish to work through their loss issues and move beyond their grief to a richer quality of life. The class may be joined during the first two weeks, and it then becomes a closed group.

Bothwell Regional Health Center also offers a grief support group led by Chaplain Rob Ayers. Ayers is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and will lead the eight-week class on Thursdays starting Sept. 7. To learn more, visit brhc.org/classes.
