Patricia Ann Wade, 82, of Cole Camp, MO. formerly of Warsaw MO. and Smithville, MO. passed away Feb. 18, 2024.
She was born on July 24,1941 to Riley Andrew and Mary Eliza (Williamson) Dill, Jackson County, Kansas City MO.
Pat was preceded in death by her grandmother, Matilda (Dill) Wade who raised her, her parents, her sister Barbara Nichols, half-sister Priscilla Girard, half-brothers Bert Gay and Ronnie Gaudiosi.
She is survived by her son, Mike Ballard (Sherill), daughter Janet Bennett (Terry); grandchildren Jason Ballard, Lisa Faulconer (Anthony) Jeremy Hix (Devin), Blaze Rocchi; great grandchildren Mackenzie Ballard, Colby Ballard, Jessie Hix, Dale Hix, Chandler Faulconer, Emma Ballard, Jaxson Rocchi, Chase Mayorga; half-brother Eugene Dill (Susie), stepbrother Frank Carl, many nieces and nephews, and friends.
Pat was part owner of the Dairy Y Drive In, Smithville MO in the 70's; Ozark Disposal, a flower shop, a car wash, a taco restaurant & other business, in Warsaw MO in the 80s. She later lived in Friendswood TX. where she retired from a large school district managing the cafeterias and catering services.
In retirement she enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be remembered as a fun loving, spunky little lady that loved her family and did not know a stranger.
A celebration of life was held with Pat and her immediate family, in Cole Camp, MO, in January prior to her death.
