The University of Missouri Extension of Benton County will hold a Spring Lawn Maintenance Workshop from 10:00 AM-Noon on Tuesday, March 12.
The workshop will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Warsaw, MO, said Travis Harper, event coordinator and MU Extension field specialist in agronomy. Pre-registration is required, and enrollment is limited to 30 people. The workshop will be cancelled if less than 7 registrations are received by March 10.
Participants will learn basic management practices to ensure a healthy lawn and to get turf grasses in the best possible shape for summer.
“Whether you have a lawn that’s the envy of your neighbors, or your lawn has a lot of room for improvement, there will be something for you to learn,” said Harper.
