On Tuesday, September 27, President David Malecki of the Warsaw Shrine Club delivered Walmart gift cards to the four elementary schools in Benton County.
These funds were made available by donations from the Saturday night bingo players.
Each school received twenty cards with a value of $50.00 per card. The elementary teachers can use these cards to purchase items for their classes at our local Walmart store. The four schools are: Cole Camp Elementary School; Lincoln Elementary School; Warsaw North Elementary School; and, Warsaw South Elementary School. Besides this school gift card program, the Warsaw Shrine Club adopts families for Christmas. Each child is provided gifts that their parents may not have been able to provide. Once again, we thank our loyal bingo players for their donations to these worthy causes.
