Jason Conrad Waggoner, 52 passed away Friday, September 15, 2023 in Liberty MO. He was born December 8, 1970 in Sedalia MO, but spent most of his childhood growing up in Anchorage Alaska where he made lifelong friends. Jason graduated from Bartlett High School in 1989 and attended the University of Alaska and Arizona State University.
Jason was the life of the party wherever he went, he always wanted to have a good time and a Margarita. Jason married Becky Caton-Waggoner January 7, 2017. They lived together in Liberty with his son’s Jenson and Jaxon, who were his world. Jason would do anything for his boys. He played hard, but loved harder. He loved his 80s rock and hair bands, ACDC and Iron Maiden were the top 2. He was an avid autograph seeker, no matter who it was he wanted to get their autograph. The memories Jason helped create with everyone in his life is something that will be cherished forever.
He is survived by his wife Becky, son’s Jaxon and Jenson, his parents Sandi and David Keiper and Les and Cheyenne Waggoner, step-sister Christa Morrison, grandmother Nell Moor, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Also, numerous friends from all over the world that he considered family. There has been a huge hole left in our lives now that Jason is gone, but he will always be in our hearts.
Jason had a love of Greyhounds and was involved in their rescue for many years. In remembrance, donations can be made to the Greyhound Association at the Kansas City REGAP (Retired Greyhounds as Pets) https://kcregap.org/
